Welcome to Mariana. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. We’ve written them with clarity and care, just like we do with our pieces.

1. Orders

Each piece is handmade and made-to-order or made in small batches. If you need something by a specific date, reach out before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

2. Returns & Modifications

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. You’re responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom or made-to-measure items are final sale.

If your piece needs a small adjustment, we’re happy to offer modifications for an additional fee. Just email us—we’ll guide you through the next steps.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Mariana is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they’ve been handed over to the carrier.

4. Product Variations

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces—and in the case of our reimagined shirts, the use of repurposed materials—each item is unique. Slight variations in fabric, stitching, or placement are part of the story, not flaws.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Mariana by Alba. Please don’t reproduce or use them without permission.
